Products are shipped via United States Postal Service. Insurance is added to every purchase at our company's expense. Unfortunately, custom-made jewelry pieces cannot be duplicated if lost or destroyed and a full refund witll be issued. After purchase, a tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail.

Products may be exchanged under certain circumstances. We have a "no monetary refund" policy for every purchase. See the terms and conditions below and/or email us for further questions.

Books: All paperback copies are final sale. We ensure every order is free of scratches, bumps or tears before shipping. Once your order has been shipped any damages made in transit are a liability of the shipping service used. Please email us immediately as packages have insurance added to shipping at our companies expense.

Jewelry: All jewelry products are final sale. All jewelry is inspected prior  to shipping and transported in bubble mailers to prevent damage or breakage. All crystals sold are authentic. Semi-precious metals, chains, and clasps will undergo the normal wear and tear of inexpensive costume jewelry. Chains are gold or silver plated only. Metals in jewelry can react with the acidity of skin causing possible discoloration to skin. Heat, humidity, or sweating can increase this reaction. This is normal for metals that are not gold, silver, or stainless steel. Contact us by email for further inquiries or concerns.

Cancellation Policy: May cancel sessions up until 24 hours from session start time to receive a full refund. Less than 24 hours up until start time will receive half refund. If client does not answer door for in-person session, if client does not answer the phone or video chat for tarot session, and if client does not respond at the start time of a remote session, that session time will be forfeited, and a refund will not be issued. The client will have to book another session.
